HOUSE EXTENSIONS KNARESBOROUGH

Steve and his team have recently finished our single storey house extension which involved a side extension creating a store, laundry and toilet for us as well as extending the rear of the house to create a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area with large patio doors and windows opening out onto our garden and decking (also built by Steve). We love it and can honestly say it is exactly what we had hoped for when we started the project.

Steve and his team were excellent, their friendliness and professionalism fantastic.  Any challenges encountered were carefully thought out, well communicated and very well solved, everyone always happy to do that 'one extra thing' we asked them if they could do.

Steve in particular through his project management made the whole experience a lot less stressful than we imagined it would be, his communication was excellent as was the care and attention he gave things and his patience with our questions and suggestions was much appreciated.  Initially he helped support us in ensuring we could meet our needs within the budget we had and we have been left with a beautiful home for our family.

We have been really pleased with the building work carried out by Steve and his team during our renovation work. 7s Construction made alterations to my garage to transform it from a cold, damp area into a fantastic useable room - a great addition to my home! All work - damp proofing, replastering and new floor - were carried out as previously agreed and I am very pleased with the result. They also fitted a door into an existing archway between my dining room and living room. This was done in keeping with the style of the house and has made both rooms much easier to heat. I would use this company again and would definitely recommend them.
